DESTROYER

Age: 20s AKA: Don Likes: Cracking open a cold one with the boys, guitar hero, motorcycles Dislikes: Actually doing his work, tangerines, waking up early Destroyer (real name, Don/Dan) is a fourth year engineering student. He is very dilligent in his own studies yet a someone who also spends most of his free time fucking around. He was Johnny's ex (boyfriend/FWB) and takes interest to sleeping around others. He's very carefree and doesn't take many things very seriously when it comes to social interaction, he can be playfully mean, almost to an extent where he unintentionally hurts others. He's very extroverted and often very friendly and talkative, albeit his humour and way of speaking is very crass. It is not difficult to make him angry or upset, his outwardly disposition being somewhat contradictory to his character at times. Destroyer commonly gets upset with others if they cannot understand or grasp instructions or ideas he presents to them (as indicative of Destroyer trying to teach Johnny how to drive< despite Destroyer failing his G2 like 3 times), making him not extremely desireable to work with, he is frequently scolded at his workplace for being aggressive. Destroyer and Johnny meet one another in a woodworking elective (in which Johnny attends a different institution to make up course credits) and begin hanging out. Johnny frequently invites him over to work on projects or hang out, which eventually transitions into them sleeping with each other. One day upon hearing complaints by Destroyer of his own roommates in the dorm he stays in, Johnny offers to let Destroyer live with him, to which he accepts. In exchange, Destroyer helps Johnny with commuting and errands. Despite Destroyer outwardly describing him as a friend with benefits, Johnny begins to deevlop feelings for him, and confesses to him one night in bed, Destroyer, not really knowing how to respond nor knowing whether he even knew how to handle the responsibility reciprocates Johnny's romantic interest despite it being at its core, very onesided.
